West Kowloon Cultural District|The Fourth Wall: Arts and Fear Talk – Facing Our Fears

Description
Three Hong Kong artists share how they embrace their inner fears and offer insight on how to transform fear through creativity. Everyday life brings challenges and stress that can cause fear and anxiety – but facing our fears can be a positive and transformative experience.
In this free talk, three acclaimed Hong Kong artists – Yan Pat-to, artistic director of Reframe Theatre, Crystal Cheung, singer and actor, and Cheung Kit-bong, award-winning director of the music video for Eason Chan’s Don’t Mind Me – explore how they navigate and embrace fear. Sharing personal thoughts and experiences, as well as anecdotes from their own work and careers, they offer insight into how creativity can empower us to confront and transform our fears.
This talk is moderated by Joyce Wong, curator of the Fourth Wall series.
